This is Self Healing Series Special Event Week 3 Class October 27 @ 6pm
In this week's 90 minute class we will focus on mindful movement, building on from the first 2 classes in this we will focus on bringing ourselves into our bodies through Yoga and Pilates. This will be an Intro Level Class featuring Yoga and Pilates. Both methods of exercise are perfect for self healing as they incorporate mindful movement with breath to help you stay fully present and in the body.
Bring your mat, blanket if you like, yoga blocks if you have them, journal and pen and water bottle.
Again this is week 3, at Oddfellows Hall in the ballroom. Located at 223 SW 2nd St. in downtown Corvallis.
