This Yoga class is for Yogis who want a workout with a side of calm.  There will be Sun Salutations, Warriors, Balance challenges and breath work.  Stretch, strengthen, and balance during your lunch hour to help the rest of your day/week/life flow better.  
Everything you need in a Yoga class with a relaxing Savasana at the end.  Recommended to have some Yoga experience for this class.
