This class will be a 30 minute weight lifting. We will use hand weights or dumbbells anywhere from 5-12 pounds each. We will do 3 sets of 8-12 reps for each exercise, working the major muscle groups in a quick strength training workout.
Emphasis will be on good form and muscle isolation! Can be sitting in a chair, standing, or on a large exercise ball if you prefer.
Light stretching throughout.
