This is a 30 minute strength class, available to all who have access to the library and full memberships, and can be used with single class passes too. Sign up for this class and the recording will begin at the designated time. 
30 minutes of weight training.  Use hand weights of various sizes or go through the motions with soup cans or a strengthening band!
