In this class, my goal is to help cultivate the life changing habit of daily meditation. You will be introduced to many different types of meditation styles so as to help you find one that suits you best. You will learn the benefits of meditation and what the true purpose of it is and how it can change your life for the better in every way, as it has mine.
This class will be 2 hours, with practice and discussion. Please bring with you a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion, blanket, and journal with something to write with.
