This Yoga class begins with a soothing meditation, moves through movement to gently warm the body and then deep long stretches to promote lasting flexibility. Balance postures will be sprinkled in.
This class is for everyone, whether you are experienced in Yoga or just beginning. We are here to maintain our flexibility and promote it so we can move more freely in every day life and soothe and prevent aches and pains.
