This is a 20 minute Yoga Nidra style meditation class that will bring peace and relaxation.
Time to just get really comfortable, turn down the lights or have an eye mask, and relax.
In this class we will just bring ourselves out of our minds and back into our bodies.
I will also infuse this class with reiki energy sent from a distance, to those who desire it and are open to receive it.
